The best of milk and wood
Christopher the shepherd boy likes to make excuses to young Lintver, saying that he can’t do without water. And indeed, the wetland is a wonder so high up in the mountains. But he also likes to stop by the Zibovt. A little for the educational wooden toys, but even more for all the sweets made from milk. He’s going to get a taste of all that’s lovely and tasty. If only he could find the sheep before nightfall.
"Na Žibovče"
The homestead is situated on a plain in the middle of the mountains, surrounded by meadows and forests. A grand old pear tree in the middle of the farm’s spacious courtyard and the splendour of the linden tree invite you to its shade in summer. The home cooking follows the seasons in the garden, meadow and woods as well as tradition. Bees are also part of it, and for generations they have been diligently tending to the honey supply and preserving the biodiversity of the area through pollination. Children will enjoy the large grassy courtyard, while parents can relax and cool off under the shade of the walnut trees. Home-made wooden board games and toys will also be available for play and relaxation.
