Using public transport helps to reduce traffic congestion and allows peaceful exploration of the valley.
This year’s new features of the Hop On – Hop Off service are:
- Transportation is completely FREE
- The municipality of Gornji Grad is also included
- Upon prior arrangement via email at KSA@vizije-mobilnosti.si or by phone at +386 31 427 423, pets are welcome on the van; space can also be provided for bicycles or larger amounts of luggage, and passengers may board or disembark at any stop along the route.

around the Kamnik-Savinja Alps
Deadline: 20. 6. - 13. 9.
Savinjska bus
Deadline: 30. 4. - 31. 10. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The Bicycle Bus is an excellent public transport option to the Logar Valley and back.
It is available for pedestrians, families and cyclists, who can load their bike on a trailer and ride part of the way.
How to reach us by car?
Logarska-Solčavsko can be reached from 3 different directions:
Celje – Logarska dolina
Main route through the Savinja Valley from Celje – Mozirje – Luče – Solčava – Logarska dolina
From Črna in Carinthia
You can also access the destination via the Solčava Panoramic Road, where the views are magnificent. The road is regional, narrow and macadam. It is particularly attractive for motorcyclists.
From Austria via Pavličevo sedlo border crossing
Access is also possible from the Austrian direction. The narrow, asphalted road offers breathtaking views as it leads over the Pavličevo sedlo pass (altitude 1,339m).
We Encourage Sustainable Mobility in the Logar Valley
The Logar Valley and Solčava invite you to experience a more sustainable visit!
To preserve the unique nature and improve the quality of life, we encourage visitors and locals to park their vehicles outside the park and continue their journey on foot, by public transport, or with the help of a free shuttle service.
FREE SHUTTLE TRANSPORT within the park is available every Saturday and Sunday in August and September, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
You can also reach the park by Nomago bus – the timetable is available at www.nomago.si.

• Logar Valley – Waterfall

Charging stations for electric vehicles
For visitors using electric vehicles, charging stations are available at key locations:
Solčava: by the Church (on the hill), by the Rinka Centre / Logarska dolina: TIC Logarska, Ojstrica Farmhouse /Matkov kot: Gradišnik Tourist Farm
The charging points are strategically placed to allow you to explore the area with ease.

There are several bicycle and e-bike rental points in Solčava, allowing sustainable exploration of nature:

Bike hire is charged according to the current price list of each provider.
Campervan stops
Parking of motorhomes at night in Logarska-Solčavsko is only allowed in marked areas. There is one stop:
– Tourist Farm Ambrož-Gregorc (in front of Logarska dolina)

Bus Notice:
Large buses cannot travel the Solčava Panoramic Road and Matkov kot due to narrow sections and steep turns.
Please take this into account when planning your route.
