1. Cancellation of the reservation by the buyer
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed collection date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before collection will be charged 50% of the reservation value as cancellation fee.
If you do not cancel your booking, 100% of the booking value will be charged.

2. Change in the provision
Date changes can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, subject to availability.

Reservations are possible up to 4 hours before the start of the activity.

3. Cancellation by the tenderer
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. unsuitable weather conditions, technical problems), we reserve the right to cancel the booking or offer an alternative.
In the event of cancellation by the provider, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to choose an alternative date.

4. Refund of payment
Any amounts paid will be refunded within 7 working days in the same way as the payment was made.
